Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle from user research to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Build and scale an enterprise design system in Figma.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize quantitative analytics into actionable design iterations.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years designing consumer-facing mobile and web applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, journey mapping, and visual polish.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
