Hire With MHS is looking for a dynamic Senior HRBP & Talent Acquisition Lead to scale internal hiring, oversee employee engagement, performance cycles, and people culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership to define headcount strategy and workforce planning.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical IT and non-IT positions.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, retention plans, and reward mechanisms.
• Resolve HR queries, conduct exit interviews, and ensure statutory compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Master’s degree in HR (MBA/MSW) or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience in fast-paced corporate or agency settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll policies, and HR best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
